1. Acceptance
By using Jobsy you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Jobsy connects hospitality professionals with businesses. We act as an intermediary platform — we are not an employer or recruitment agency and do not guarantee hiring or results.
3. Accounts
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security.
4. Subscriptions & payments (employers)
Businesses can view & contact candidates only with an active subscription or valid credits. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled (billed monthly or as an annual one-off); you may cancel anytime and access lasts until the end of the paid period. Credit packs are valid for 30 days from purchase. No refunds are available once at least one unlock has been used, as the digital service is then deemed supplied — except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
- No bulk export/scraping of candidate data.
- No false information, harassment, or unlawful use.
- Candidate data may be used only for legitimate hiring purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The platform and its content belong to Jobsy. You keep rights to your own content (e.g. CV) and grant us a licence to display it as part of the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the actions of users (employers/professionals).
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
Governed by Greek law; the courts of Greece have jurisdiction.
